AutoCoding Systems provide automation and control solutions for the packaging line predominantly in food and beverage industries. AutoCoding Systems’ products comprise a proven range of modular applications, from entry level coding integrity solutions through to complete set-up and control of all packaging line devices. This includes coders, barcode scanners, labellers, metal detection, check-weighers and vision solutions. Recent expansion has seen us open our first US office, AutoCoding Systems LLC, in Meridian, Idaho whilst our solutions are also now available through AutoCoding Systems Pty in Australia. The AutoCoding system automatically sets-up and controls all types of packaging line devices, irrespective of brand. Manufacturers, particularly in the food and beverage industries, are already recognising the business benefits offered by AutoCoding Systems’ packaging line automation solutions. These include increased speed and reliability of line set-up, reduced job changeover time, reduced risk of coding and packaging errors and the ability to manage complex packaging formats. We have many years of successful project experience working directly with leading food and beverage manufacturers as well as excellent OEM relationships with all leading suppliers within production automation and coding industries. Continuing to build on our existing business relationships, we are now Members of the CSIA – Control System Integrators Association (www.controlsys.org). This gives us the opportunity to get to know other reputable System Integrators who share the same commitment to professional business practices and exceptional customer service.
