Andermatt Swiss Alps

Andermatt Swiss Alps is an integrated year-round holiday destination that is currently in development in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The project includes six 4 and 5 star hotels, 490 apartments in 42 buildings, about 25 villas, 1,970 parking spaces, 35,000 m2 of commercial space, a sports and leisure centre, conference facilities for 600 delegates and an 18-hole golf course. The ski area between Andermatt and Sedrun will be merged during preparation, so that the facilities and pistes are modernised and combined. Andermatt Swiss Alps is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orascom Development Holding AG. It is responsible for the development, planning, implementation and operation of the newly integrated holiday resort in the Swiss mountain village of Andermatt. The company, based in Altdorf, canton Uri, now employs around 50 people.
