Aegis was originally formed in 1995 specifically to provide services required by the introduction of the Construction (Design & Management) (CDM) Regulations in 1994. Aegis have continued to provide services through the inception of the 2007 update and 2015 update of the regulations. CDM Services still represents a significant part of the company’s business, however the range of health, safety, environmental and risk management services provided by Aegis has gradually expanded and Aegis is now a major consultancy operating throughout the UK.
