The Association of YMCA Professionals (AYP) is a professional membership organization, national in scope, which has been in existence since 1871. AYP's purpose is to advance, inspire, and connect the YMCA Leader. Y professionals have the ability to participate in innovative discussions as well as network with other Y professionals.
