We take the development of high quality future leaders in Africa seriously, so in 2018 we launched the first ever African Management Trainee Programme. Our 18-24 month programme is designed to give you hands-on technical skills and experience within our business. You’ll have the opportunity to push our brands further – by taking them to bigger and better markets, and introducing them to different audiences. When you finish the programme, you’ll be placed in the best-suited position within our business value chain, joining an incredible team at one of Africa’s top employers.
