Our momentum began with that recognition and was followed with a solution- that solution materialized into the form of our product, the 4DV research system. In short, Four Dimensional Vision (4DV) is a research and analysis system that streamlines and enhances the research process by increasing productivity of the knowledge worker and enabling the increased focus on cognitive and analysis tasks to peak effectiveness and efficiency in the time available. We began our journey by enabling only a handful of select analysts to maintain target awareness on select locations but now, 9 years later BESC has expanded to provide government, technology, business, economic, and policy agencies with global situational awareness and high performance research and analysis. Today, BESC continues to serve government and commercial customers.
