350.org is an international movement co- founded by US environmental writer Bill McKibben dedicated to building the movement to address the climate crisis. Here in Australia, we are working to end fossil fuel expansion by stopping new fossil fuel projects -- primarily coal and gas, on fossil fuel divestment, pressuring out Big Three energy companies to transition from fossil fuels and organising at universities for local climate chnage action. Our mission is to inspire the population to step up to the challenge of climate change. We are not-for-profit that aims to raise awareness about the fact that: THE SAFE LEVEL FOR GREENHOUSE GAS IN THE ATMOSPHERE IS 350 PARTS PER MILLION, WHICH WE PASSED MANY YEARS AGO. www.350.org.au
