Fortress is a multidisciplinary real estate organisation with more than thirty years of experience. Fortress stands for independence, efficiency and innovation. The success of Fortress is based on empathy and the power of inspiration and creation. With a clear understanding of the market, combined with its extensive network, Fortress is constantly able to add value to real estate. Fortress is involved in all disciplines within the real estate market. On the one hand, Fortress focuses on purchasing, repositioning and managing real estate (portfolios), while, on the other, it is involved specifically in inner city developments and redevelopments. By combining a range of disciplines and benefiting from the resulting synergy within the organisation, Fortress – as a major, independent private real estate company – has acquired a unique and solid position. Where others fail to see how functions can be combined, Fortress succeeds to create a unique development and/or investment. By contributing innovative ideas and working on the basis of efficiency, Fortress occupies a clear role in the initiation of urban development projects. Thanks to a solid understanding of the market, combined with an open mind, risk-averse behaviour is converted into good investment and development opportunities. Fortress mission statement: As the most inspiring, creative initiator and co-creator, being a leading multidisciplinary national and international real estate organisation for our partners.
