Argus Technical Services began its journey in 1975 as an independent staffing agency in Wisconsin. Their initial mission was to connect talented individuals with leading companies in the state. Over time, they have grown into Wisconsin's largest privately owned full-service staffing company. They specialize in finding talent for roles within Skilled Trades, Production, Engineering, and Office Administration. They also have a separate division, Argus Professional Services, specializing in senior-level professionals in fields such as Accounting, Finance, IT, and Sales. Argus Technical Services has expanded their reach across the state, with offices in cities such as Madison, Milwaukee, Racine and Appleton. Despite this growth, their core mission of providing excellent candidates to companies remains the same. They emphasize their recruiters' experience, with an average of 9 years of experience, and their ability to bridge the gap between top talent and desirable job opportunities.
