Founder Chip Wood's vision has flourished into over 200 locations across eight states, yet the company remains rooted in the same family values that started it all. Today, while Chip continues as Chairman and sole owner, he's thoughtfully transitioning leadership to the next generation. President Jamie Ward, who has dedicated more than 25 years to the company, drives daily operations while working closely with Chip's children - Anna, Steven, and Evan - as they learn every aspect of the business from the ground up.
