Established in January 1994, Unipec Singapore Pte Ltd (Unipec SG) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China International United Petroleum & Chemicals Co Ltd (UNIPEC). Headquartered in Beijing, UNIPEC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) and is china’s largest international trade company. Its business mainly covers four areas, including trade in crude oil, oil products and LNG and warehousing & logistics. Unipec SG is the overseas business center for oil products and the LNG trading center for Unipec.
