Smith Global Solutions is starting a revolution in the staffing industry and we plan to take our profession to new heights. In the words of our CEO, Lamont Smith, “I see unique opportunities to provide high quality human resources in a number of areas. A staffing agency is business that is well suited for my skill set.” As the economy has gone through a downturn, more employers are looking for ways to minimize costs and maximize cash flow while remaining flexible in human resource commitments. Our agency recognizes the need for such flexibility in staffing and we are organized to capitalize on this trend. Philosophically, we plan to be known as an agency that provides the highest quality of human resources with unmatched customer service. We think of ourselves as pioneers in this industry and our team thrives in this entrepreneurial culture. Our people are the type of co-workers that accomplish more with less, think of service to others above self, and have a passion for winning.
