As of February 1, 2021, April Sparks Pyatt joined the firm as a partner and chair of real estate services. Prior to joining the firm, April was a partner at Ice Miller LLP. Paul is a partner and chair of the firm’s tax services practice. Paul is a tax attorney with 20 years’ experience representing clients in real estate tax appeals, exemptions, and incentives in the Midwest. For more than two decades, April has provided legal counsel to clients in commercial real estate matters in Indiana and throughout the United States. The firm is comprised of a full-service team of experienced and trusted professionals with broad experience in tax matters, valuation, real estate transactions, and related areas. The firm’s clients are based across the United States and range from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners.
