For nearly 100 years, O.C. Tanner has helped people thrive at work by improving workplace cultures with meaningful recognition—so employees feel appreciated, do their best work, and stay. We're proud to deliver 31 million recognition moments per year for over 1,100 clients in 180 countries.  Here's what we do: Our Culture Cloud employee recognition platform combines intuitive software, tangible awards, and memorable moments to improve the employee experience. eCards, a global Award Store, custom awards, service anniversary Yearbooks, branded swag, integrations, solutions for your offline workers, and more—we've got you covered. We also publish the Global Culture Report—the largest annual study of workplace culture from the employee perspective. This research fuels everything we do. We donate time to organizations in need, work to improve our communities, and give 10% of company profits to causes that matter to our employees.   Fun fact: We designed and created the medals for the 2002 Winter Olympics and have the honor of creating the rings for Team USA at every Olympic Games.
