Where Facility Excellence Meets Defense Standards Ready • Secure • Lean We serve operators who cannot afford a facility failure: defense primes, secure federal installations, intelligence facilities, and port and border infrastructure. You own mission readiness. We keep the facility behind it running — without the escort burden, audit exposure, and vendor sprawl that drain your margin. IH Services self-performs integrated O&M under one provider and one invoice: hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance) and soft services (janitorial, exterior, production-support housekeeping). We run the facility infrastructure side of your yellow line so your team stays on production. Our R³ Secure FacilityOPS™ system makes the outcomes measurable: 99% on-time work order completion 98% client retention 100% of client-defined reduction targets met Behind those numbers: a DoD security-cleared workforce, a Facility Security Officer on staff trained to 32 CFR Part 117, an active CAGE code and SAM registration, and a Lean toolkit applied on your floor — Gemba walks, root cause analysis, 8-waste elimination. Founded 1955. A financially independent member of the GDI Ainsworth family of companies. We don't wait to clear. We're already cleared. Every escort hour you fund is a cost your mission doesn't need. Our cleared crews walk in on day one — no escorts, no access-scheduling delays, no security-exposure debates. See it against your own facility.
