In 1990, Jo Van Moer and his wife Anne Verstraeten founded their own transport company. In 1993, Jo expanded with a small warehouse in Melsele, followed by a second warehouse in Temse in 1997. Two years later, they opened their first warehouse in the Port of Antwerp.
