Ben Chapman

“Quite simply the best steak I have ever eaten in this country." Jay Rayner, The Observer When we started out we had a simple plan - to open the best steak restaurant in London. We travelled the world, from steakhouse to steakhouse, searching for the perfect steak, but discovered that beef from carefully reared cattle right here in Britain and cooked simply over real charcoal, packed more flavour than anything we tried on our travels. We opened our first restaurant in Spitalfields in 2006, and after four years of trying to get that one as good as possible we then opened in Seven Dials, Guildhall, Air Street, Knightsbridge and Borough as well our first restaurants outside of London, in other cities that we love – Manchester, Edinburgh and Liverpool. Careers with Hawksmoor are among the best – generous pay and benefits, award-winning restaurants, unrivalled career opportunities and some of the happiest people in the business (as voted by the people who work here). We have been recognised as one of the top companies to work for in the UK by Best Companies every year for the past decade. We’re always on the lookout for talented, passionate people, so please do get in touch if you are interested in joining us. https://harri.com/hawksmoor Best Companies to Work For 2012 – 2023 #WorkSomewhereAwesome
