We aim to Provide the understanding of how the Mind, the Physical Body, the emotional and our mind set, it is related to a healthier and Fitter Life. Australians are facing an epidemic of people with Over Weight and Obesity issues, some already are suffering from Chronic Diseases related to Over Weight Problems. People are misunderstanding the confusing information about Diet, Nutrition, and exercise that is put out by the media on a daily basis.
