Freight forwarders play a critical role in global supply chains, yet most still rely on legacy systems, spreadsheets, and email-driven workflows to run mission-critical operations. Teams spend hours manually processing unstructured data from emails and PDFs, re-entering information across systems, and coordinating complex workflows through fragmented tools. This human-heavy approach leads to operational inefficiencies, limited visibility, delayed billing, and inconsistent customer experiences — in an industry where reliability matters most. GoFreight is building the AI-native operating system for freight forwarders. We unify CRM, quoting, operations, tracking, accounting, and customer experience into one platform — eliminating fragmented workflows and manual data entry. But we’re going beyond traditional systems of record. Our platform is evolving from: System of Record → System of Action → System of Agents System of Record Unifies operational and financial data, while automating repetitive logistics workflows with purpose-built features. System of Action AI copilots help do the work — generating quotes, processing emails, and orchestrating workflows with humans in the loop. System of Agents AI agents autonomously run day-to-day logistics operations, with humans stepping in only for exceptions. Instead of software that simply stores data, GoFreight actively helps run global logistics operations. Our mission is to modernize freight forwarding and build the operating system for global trade.
