Midwest provides a unique approach to building your projects. Prefabrication does not have to be proprietary. In fact, Midwest prides itself in becoming one of the few "open source" subcontractors in the industry. Whether you're looking for a full Design Assist partner, or a Delegated Design partner for Light Gauge, we're here to decrease "your" critical paths and not ours. Being a resource partner to Owners/Developers, Architects, SEORs, and GCs build faster and more cost-efficient without sacrificing their design is just one way Midwest Starts Strong. Midwest is known in the industry for integrated services, which provides for greater efficiency than piece-meal subcontracting. Midwest's broad experience applied in the early planning stages provides: - Focus on value engineering, economy of materials, prefabrication techniques, methods and manning several service categories together. - Insightful solutions that contain budgets, meet schedules and technical requirements. - Accelerated design and construction processes through our Delegated Design or SEOR services. - Expedited projects due to our crew's experience and discipline gained from completing hundreds of projects throughout the U.S. since 72'. We help drive your project. This is how Midwest Finishes Strong.
