Established in 1978, Strata Title Management Group (STM) is now one of Australia's largest strata management companies. With extensive experience managing all types of properties STM's portfolio includes a range of Body Corporate Committee's, Sub-Committee's, Stratum Titles and Company Share Schemes. STM's solid history was built on the provision of an industry leading professional service. Managing in excess of 20,000 lots across 1500 properties, STM is large enough to have an extensive support team with a range of skills and knowledge to serve your scheme and small enough to provide a personalised service. Our motto is "we are your strata care company" - because we will treat your property with the same level of care that we would our own and place high value in personal attention and communication with our clients.
