Abdus Asif

Since 1993, after more than 2,000 settled deals along with over $1.2 Billion in asset acquisitions our founders bring a very unique perspective to the Brokerage and Development sectors of Commercial Real Estate. We are a small CRE boutique firm specializing in the areas of development, leasing, sales and acquisition of retail centers. Our unique insight and perspective translates into identifying promising investment opportunities. These opportunities provide both our investors and clients with an edge in the commercial real estate arena. Our firm focuses strictly on geographical regions that are characterized by strong economic growth. We then seek out opportunities that are exclusive to each of our individual client's portfolio needs. Before we present an investment opportunity it goes through an extensive due diligence and risk evaluation process. This allows us to truly understand the potential growth aspect (Both Long and Short term). Our network guidance is assured by powerful private entities. We have brought together a select group of informed individuals who have acquired an existing performance record as well as a profound knowledge of their respective sector.
