Industrial Networks (INet) is at the forefront of revolutionizing railyard automation and data acquisition systems across North America. We specialize in providing advanced solutions for manufacturing and shipping operations, with our technology touching multiple aspects of the supply chain – from rail shippers, short line and Class I railroads, to trucking, marine freight, and beyond. Since the early 90’s, Class I railroads have relied on Automated Equipment Identification (AEI), a form of passive Radio-Frequency Identification, to track railcars. INet has built upon this foundation, offering innovative solutions that not only automate data collection through mobile devices and stationary readers but also seamlessly integrate with the industry’s leading third-party logistics providers and in-house plant management systems. Our solutions are designed for quick, easy deployment, ensuring that shippers can maximize efficiency without disruption. Our commitment to advancing the rail industry is evident in our latest solution – the SMRTag™ System. This solution represents a significant step forward in rail automation technology, enabling real-time inventory management with unparalleled accuracy. This breakthrough not only enhances operational efficiency but also lays the foundation for the integration of AI, which will further streamline and automate processes across the rail industry. Our dedication to innovation is matched by our commitment to exceptional customer service. We offer a range of specialized services designed to ensure your operations run smoothly and efficiently, from site consultations and system implementations to project planning and onsite training.
