LevitJones Holdings LLC manages the assets and intellectual property of its portfolio companies, as well as provides advice, consultation and strategic insight to firms pursuing their own path to sustainable innovation. The firm focuses on five practice areas: emerging technologies, travel and transportation, environment and health, media, and real estate. Our company supports its partners and properties through four key practices: Transparency We commit to open communication about the mechanics of our business to all of our stakeholders, and require strict adherence to fair hiring, compensation and business practices from all of our partners and properties. Financial Discipline We ensure the long-term sustainability of our investments through judicious management of our resources and a moderated, organic approach to growth focused on reinvestment in value-added improvements to the core asset. Strategic Vision We are committed to a long-term vision for the health and well-being of our communities that supports continuous, mutual engagement with our partners and properties, and provides a blueprint for successive stages of our investment. Ecological Thinking We begin with the understanding that our world is interconnected, and that the choices we make have far-reaching consequences. This insight informs our approach to sustainable investment and guides our future acquisition strategy.
