Korean subsidiary, reversed revenue decline and substantially improved operating margins. From 1989 to 1991 (2 years) Founder and CEO @ Built profitable company in defense industry to develop and manufacture products using unique coatings, fabrics, and process technologies for multi-spectral (visual, IR, UV, Radar) signature reduction (“Stealth” technology).
• Established international sales network; initiated teaming and joint ventures for manufacture in Europe, South America, Asia and Middle East; negotiated and closed multi-million dollar foreign contracts.
• Built company from one man to 120 in six months; lead fast track design, engineering and construction of manufacturing facilities and processes to achieve on-time, in-budget delivery.
