Serica is an AIM-listed, UK-based independent upstream oil and gas company with a balanced portfolio, delivering from multiple hubs and their associated subsea infrastructure in the UK's North Sea. Within this portfolio, Serica has identified a hopper of short-cycle organic growth opportunities where our strategy is to invest to improve production. This is complimented by a portfolio of exploration opportunities near Serica-owned infrastructure. We seek to expand the value of our business whilst spreading risk and limiting downside exposure and do so both through partnerships and through asset transactions.
