From April 2014 to June 2014 (3 months) Dallas/Fort Worth AreaVice President Consulting Services South Region @ I manage the South Region for Disys which includes two of our three largest branches. I oversee all operations for Dallas, Houston, and St. Louis including Strategy, P&L, and operational focus. My staff consists of approximately 60 employees which includes Managing directors, AE's, Recruiters, and support staff. Total current portfolio managed is over 90 million in revenue annually in staffing and professional services. From December 2010 to March 2014 (3 years 4 months) Director of Consulting Services @ I have full operational/ P&L responsibility of our North Carolina operation ( Raleigh and Charlotte) as well as our Chicago operation. I manage a staff of 20+ that consists of AE's, Recruiters, and support staff. From August 2009 to December 2010 (1 year 5 months) Regional Branch Manager @ I have full operational/ P&L responsibility of our Dallas operation as well as our Chicago operation. We generate over $25 million combined revenue and I manage a staff of 40+ that consists of AE's, Recruiters, and support staff From January 2009 to August 2009 (8 months) Branch Manager @ Responsible for the Business Development and Management of Disys Dallas operations. I advise our recruiting team on finding the best available consultants for our clients and I assist our sales team on prospecting and developing relationships with Fortune 1000+ companies. My duties also include complete (P&L) management to ensure Disys's continued revenue growth, which has grown from just over 1 million in 2006 and is now above 25 million annually. I personally averaged 20K + a week in GP as an AE From October 2007 to June 2008 (9 months) Sr. Account Executive @ Built a territory from zero revenue to 20K+ a week average GP within 18 months with a peek around 30K. Responsible for prospecting, cultivating and driving business through new customers. I was responsible for executing a minimum of 20 new contracts in my first year with Disys. From June 2006 to October 2007 (1 year 5 months) Sr. Account Executive @ Responsible for prospecting and cultivating new and existing relationships within the Dallas market. Was responsible for taking 4 seperate customers above 20K in weekly GP during my tenure with Teksystems. I averaged 35K in weekly GP in 2003 and 2004 with a peek in 2004 of 64k in weekly GP.
