JRK Property Holdings is a Los Angeles–based real estate private equity firm founded in 1991 by James Lippman, Robert Rooney, and Keith Holmes. The firm specializes in multifamily and hospitality investments, offering fully integrated services across investment, asset management, property operations, and design and construction oversight. JRK manages the entire lifecycle of real estate ownership with a focus on performance and long-term value creation. Since 2009, JRK has consistently ranked among the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Top 50 largest apartment owners. As of 2025, it placed 50th nationally, overseeing 25,796 residential units. Its hospitality division spans 10 luxury boutique and branded hotels comprising 1,520 keys. Over its history, JRK has operated in more than 30 U.S. states, managing a total of over 80,000 residential units and 2,000 hotel keys.
