While serving as pastor of North Aurora Baptist Church, MarshallAllen started his work readiness team to help other pastors in their work readiness. His team helped pastors learn how to become more organized, how to Potty-Train their churches, and how to better manage their budgets.Since starting this work readiness team, MarshallAllen has helped more than 80 pastors become successful in their work readiness. His team has helped make a big impact on the pastors in Aurora and Westminster, Colorado.MarshallAllen is currently working as an assistant pastor at Spring Creek Baptist Church in Westminster, Colorado. He is a respected pastor in this community and is dedicated to helping other pastors become successful.
