Work in partnership with major UK employers to help devise and implement employment process for recruiting appropriately developed and skilled individuals who have faced difficulty in gaining employment. Head up responsibility for developing various sector skills pre-employment routeways and partnering with employers to create opportunities for unemployed people and delivery of Apprenticeships and work based learning.
Previously at Remploy in a senior business management role, leading teams of national sales and account managers responsible for Remploy's Health & Wellbeing Services for Employers - including Government Funded and Paid For programmes aimed at job retention for employees with disabilities or enduring health conditions. Working with several high profile Plc and Government employers at a Director/Head of Level.
Prior to this appointment I was responsible for establishing Remploy's Contract Staff Service into major employers, notably a major MSP contract with Royal Mail. National Sales Manager - directing sales and account management teams for three Remploy businesses
Previous experience in diversity and inclusion eminating from various senior positions in UK NGOs/Charities; latterly as Director of a Social Enterprise which provided disability services to major UK & European Banks, Broadcasters, Telcos and Utility Companies. Significant supply chain management experience.
Member of Round Table; a Chartered Member of CiM and take close interest in disability charities, currently a Director and Trustee with Cartref Ni.

Delivering government funded contracts in the welfare to work arena. My role is developing strategic relationships with major UK employers as partner in the skills development and people supply side. I am interested in further developing our strategic portfolio of national employer partners. Keen for discussions with C-Suite, Directors of HR, Recruitment and Heads of Operations responsible for volume recruitment at entry level, apprenticeships and work based learning for existing staff.
