Proposition Manager – Mobile Broadband (01.10.11 – 01.06.12) • Developed and delivered the Mobile Broadband proposition strategy for acquisition and retention channels. • Launched an exclusive Chromebook 3G data offer with Google. • Maximised market share and customer AMPU by using usage analytics, market insight and financial analysis to deliver solution driven propositions. • Reduced churn significantly by launching the Web Cube (a home broadband solution) onto the Three Network. • Created a base segmentation and churn propensity model to enable the targeted delivery of retention propositions. From October 2011 to July 2012 (10 months) Product Manager - Messaging & Payment Services Operations @ • Created and led the messaging product strategy for Three. • Consistently exceeded SMS and MMS margin targets & customer service levels. • Business lead on cross functional project to deliver £1.7M incremental SMS margin. • Lead a cross functional team to deliver £1M (annual) SMS wholesale business. • Business lead on SMSC and MMSC technical replacement projects. • Commercial Account Management for key 3rd party messaging aggregators. • Delivered inter-network financial agreements, new product developments and customer facing propositions. • Managed the technical integration of all 3rd party service providers (including related processes) to support a multi-million premium SMS revenue stream. • Managed promotions to the customer base in order to deliver a significant increase in MMS usage.
