Her first priority was to deliver an iconic 100th birthday celebration for the $1B Oreo brand. This integrated campaign resulted in double digit revenue growth and record breaking PR results. She also delivered the brand’s first Super Bowl spot in 2013 which kicked off a seven week integrated campaign leveraging the insight that people feel passionately about which part of an Oreo cookie is their favorite, cookie or cream. Her team’s real-time “Dunk in the dark” tweet during the Super Bowl garnered extraordinary consumer and PR love. Lisa also led the design of the price size architecture plan that continues to deliver strong and profitable revenue growth for the cookie portfolio. At the same time, Lisa grew the Chips Ahoy! brand by delivering continuous innovation (Middles, Ice Cream Shoppe, etc) to this commodity chocolate chip cookie business while also significantly improving margins through reduced marketing spending and “end-to-end” manufacturing and supply chain productivity improvements. This feat, growing share and revenue for both the #1 and #2 cookie brands in the category, busted the Nabisco myth that both brands cannot grow at the same time. From April 2011 to February 2013 (1 year 11 months) East Hanover, NJSenior Vice President, Global Gum Category @ Kraft/Mondelez International Lisa was Senior VP Global Gum Category at Mondelez (formerly Kraft Foods) where she was trusted to turnaround the strategically important high margin but declining $3B global gum business, including brands such as Trident, Dentyne, Hollywood and Bubbaloo.
