What industry does Lawrence Lundy-Bryan work in?
Lawrence Lundy-Bryan works in the Management Consulting industry.
I am a #DigitalNomad currently in Saigon, Vietnam. I'm interested in how technology changes the world. At first I covered the mobile market, more recently I am exploring how artificial intelligence, blockchains (and Ethereum), robotics, 3D printing, and virtual reality will shape the future. Formally, I am a consultant in the Digital Transformation division at Frost & Sullivan. In this role, I have three metaphorical hats. The first hat (baseball cap) is to help our clients achieve growth. I do this by delivering tailored consulting projects on specific growth strategies such as vertical market expansion, emerging technology strategies, and product and market positioning. I have worked with industry-leading companies including Intel, ARM, Huawei, Verizon, Amadeus, Shell, GE Healthcare, Liberty Global and McKesson. The second hat (fedora) is a Mobile & Emerging Technologies Analyst, which allows me to conduct in-depth research. My current project is on ‘The Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Neural Networks’. Previous research included ‘Game Changers—How AI, General-purpose Autonomous Robotics, 3D Printing, Drones, and the Blockchain will Reshape Vertical Markets’ and ‘Mobile Devices in 2020: Blended Reality’. The third hat (bowler) in this extended metaphor is that of a media analyst. When I was based in London I provided regular market analysis for the BBC, Bloomberg and CNBC. The TV work has dried up in Vietnam, sadly. In addition, I have been interviewed and quoted in The Economist, The Telegraph, BBC News, Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg Businessweek.Strategy Consultant, Digital Transformation @ Lawrence is a Technology Consultant with Frost & Sullivan providing market research and strategy consulting services.
