With over 10+ years of technical recruiting experience in growing high caliber engineering teams, Konnected's mission is to help build and grow mission-driven startups (Stealth, Seed, Series A and/or Series B) in The Bay Area. Konnected's core values lie in providing transparent, honest, and stress-free technical/engineering recruiting. From a candidate's perspective, finding a job is very time-consuming: it's nearly impossible to interview/research top-notch prospective companies, while also working at a full-time job. Konnected is partnered with a handful of amazing startups in Silicon Valley, and can help assess and provide qualified candidates with a seamless recruiting experience, free from hassle and wasted time. From a company's perspective, finding top-notch engineers is difficult and time-consuming: it's a battlefield hiring the best engineers, while also trying to run a successful and efficient organization. Konnected's mission is to deliver and hire high-quality technical/engineering talents for motivated organizations looking to build their staff. If you are an engineer looking to join an impactful startup, or an executive leader looking to grow your engineering team, please feel free to reach me at [email protected]!
