Kelly Foreman

Manages the HR relationship with the leadership team as the primary HR contact for all HR related functions including Talent Acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee and organizational development, employee relations, and works in collaboration with Parent Company Human Resources in the administration of employee health and welfare benefits. Contributes to the strategic direction of ESG as an active member of the management staff to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and process and establish strategic policies and programs and which fosters a culture of teamwork, entrepreneurship, transparency, and collaboration. Provides guidance and coaching on employee career planning, compensation, counseling, development, disciplinary issues, EEOC responses, employee relations, investigations, performance evaluations, selection, retention, termination, workforce planning, succession planning, talent review and other people solutions. Applies skills with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies to influence management decisions on a variety of complex employee issues. Implements core HR processes/programs and collaborates with business leaders to roll out and execute business strategies. Establishes and monitors the company Human Resource Measurements or Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and initiates corrective actions to meet targets. Ensures fair, equitable, and consistent application of all company personnel policies and procedures. Investigates a variety of employee related issues (EEOC claims, harassment, discrimination, etc.), incidents and complaints, resolves disputes and recommends appropriate/remedial action(s).
