From an early point in my career I have been fascinated by how software innovation has revolutionised the commercial landscape of numerous industries sectors. After a brief stint as a System tester working on an enterprise scale PCI implementation project I quickly realized that my natural skills were not aligned with the hands on technical side of software production or testing. Although my ability to write automated test cases and diagnose the cause of defects was average at best my ability to communicate and build relationships was very strong. I never planned on entering recruitment but was very attracted to the idea of joining an industry where I would partner with technology companies that I was genuinely interested in.
