Jermaine is passionate, highly motivated, and culturally adaptive individual. In his undergraduate career these traits were demonstrated and practiced through the successful completion of 2 internships, one co-op, and his services as the Student Body President at a UNC system University. Jermaine eagerness to succeed was recognized by Delhaize Group and was selected to join in their 18 month International Graduate Trainee Program. The program required Jermaine to live, work, and perform in three countries on three very different projects. Upon completion of the program Jermaine landed in the Master Data Management (MDM) team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst. All of his pass success is due to the high learning agility, patience, and figure it out attitude that has and will make Jermaine a great leader in any organization.

•Organized and led meetings with all stakeholders to kick off the feasibility and cost analysis for the implementation of Roll Cages for 500+ retail stores.
•Developed structured way of collecting data from retail and distribution center on their capability of using Roll Cages while leading sourcing efforts to find best in class solutions for Roll Cages and wheels.
