As the leader of the Office of IT Strategy and Technology Management (ITSTM), I am responsible for all integrated technology strategies, architectures, and solutions deployed across the information systems under the cognizance of a Department of Defense (DOD) activity’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) which include a global Wide Area Network (WAN) and multiple metropolitan and local area networks (MAN/LANs). Under my direct supervision are the IT organization's Architecture & Engineering (A&E) and the Infrastructure teams.
