We are not a fund, and feel strongly that maintaining a limited number of investments at any given time is a key success factor. This allows us to maximize our commitment to assisting each portfolio company in achieving sustained growth. Our capital base is flexible and is made up primarily of wealthy families and institutions without traditional fund mandates. This allows us to prioritize reinvestment, value creation, and the prudent use of debt while never finding ourselves in a forced seller situation. This approach enables us to support our partners in a way that is specifically tailored to their needs.
