Henry joined FF&P Private Equity in September 2008 from the M&A division of Lehman Brothers International. Henry has 8 years’ experience working with unquoted companies and is responsible for origination of investment opportunities, due diligence coordination and post investment portfolio management. Henry is a director of OKA Direct, Sohonet & Kallidus. His other portfolio responsibilities include Deltadot, Ikon Science and, until its successful exit in July 2012, Harvest Media Group.
Henry holds a First Class degree in Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and a Master’s degree in Finance & Investment from Edinburgh University Management School. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC in 2007 and is an IMC holder.
