Participate in sales calls and on-site visits to explore customer requirements and to explain and articulate the value proposition of RSA IAG solution including features, technical architecture, and integration with existing customer infrastructure. Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects Respond to RFPs On the technical relationship with the customer and ensure that RSA IAG wins every technical evaluation Lead and coordinate requirements gathering at customer/prospect sites Conduct and lead customer onsite solution evaluation (Proof-of-Concepts) Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications, and Project statement-of-work documents in support of system quotations. Work closely with other RSA pre-sales across EMEA.
