💼 Past Experience

Eric Hill has had many experiences working as a Maintenance Planner, Supervisor, and SAP Trainer. Eric has most notably worked as a Maintenance Planner at MeadWestvaco, where he was a Maintenance Planner / Supervisor from 1987 to 2002. He also had the opportunity to work at WestRock from 2002 to 2013. During his time at MeadWestvaco, Eric climbed the ladder and soon became a Supervisor. Eric has also experience as a SAP Trainer, working at WestRock from August 2002 to August 2013. In his time at WestRock, Eric helped to teach various offshore engineering courses.

This is a position that is often delegated to Junior Engineers or Engineers working in the tech lanes. In my 6 years at WestRock, I held the Maintenance Planner title. In my first 4 years, I was the Technology Officer responsible for the Maintenance Planner position. In my 5th year as Technology Officer, I was promoted to the position of Seniorengineering Aide. At the time of my transfer, the Senior Engineer position had been vacated, and I was the first Iranian engineer to hold that position. From August 2002 to August 2013, I was the Principal Technical Officer at WestRock. In my role at WestRock, I developed and implemented software products in SAP and contributed to the company culture. My experience at WestRock gave me an appreciation for how to manage people, place people in their correct Elemental positions, and develop effective relationships.
