While at PNNL, he optimized compilers for irregular applications on GPUs.In New York, New York, Eric then transitioned into a post-baccalaureate researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory in September of 2015. Eric has also taught various algorithms involving Bayesian Statistics and Hidden Markov Models to undergraduate students at Rutgers University since June of 2013. In January of 2019, he became a programmer at Rutgers University. Eric is currently a research scientist at Dimacs in Shadyside, Pennsylvania. His research focuses on the development of novel methods for analyzing SNP arrays. He has also taught various algorithms involving Bayesian Statistics and Hidden Markov Models to undergraduate students at Rutgers University.
