- to define the finished goods stock level to keep in the network. From September 2002 to April 2005 (2 years 8 months) BAKERY SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS AND PLANNING MANAGER @ Plan the whole Bakery Supply Chain (purchasing, production and distribution): the goal is to coordinate all the components of the Supply Chain to achieve the company target service level to the customers at the minimum delivery cost.
