Primary responsibilities included technology strategy, platform vision and realization, technology modernization, an organization wide transformation of our technology, organization and processes, and leading product management, development and support.• We completed the highly successful delivery of a 500,000-hour program to implement, integrate and launch our new flagship Point of Sale product for a large (US$17B) travel agency in the Pacific region - the largest client implementation to date for the organization.• Our team led Sabre in achieving organizational KPIs – including, e.g., overhead ratio, span of control, global talent mix, talent pyramid, – and meeting or exceeding all operational (e.g., release efficacy, product roadmap delivery) and financial targets. • Our team led the organization in defining and realizing our technology strategy - including: exposure of internal capabilities through our platform and APIs, migration of solutions and systems from legacy to open and cloud architectures, and a year-long, 47-epic stability initiative across core Shopping systems. • We led the way in pioneering adoption of new Operating model, Agile processes, led the organization in people practices, significantly evolved the organizational construct over several phases, moved to global collocated product development teams, and provided leadership across the organization in the execution of Sabre’s GDPR initiative.
