I have performed a number of senior programme manager roles predominately within the Financial Services industry. However, I have also completed assignments within the Real Estate industry.
I have been contracting for over 10 years in a variety of outsourcing, data migration, transformation and IT software development projects.
My previous permanent roles included assisting with the design of the Transfer Agency industries leading system FAST. I was also the IT Manager who managed the first implementation of the system at IFDS.
Before IFDS I managed a number of Unit Trust related roles within Prudential and Barclays.

- Production of Stakeholder Pension Contingency Plan
- Reorganisation Management Review of Pension Review division
- Creation of New Operating Model and transition plan for International Funds division (covering Jersey and Luxembourg registered SICAVs)

- Project Manager of Operational Organisation design for whole of Barclays Private Clients Operations covering Stockbroking, Private Banking, International Banking and Investment Services (totalling 3200+ personnel)
- Project Manager of Operational review and consolidation exercise involving Data Gathering of current processes, management of synergy mapping and proposition paper production (team of 7 analysts) From October 2000 to July 2003 (2 years 10 months) FAST IT Manager @ I spent five years from the creation of EFDS (now IFDS) in the following permanent roles:
Product Development Manager
Creator of new department covering Product development, pre sales support and consultancy services.
Senior Client Relationship Manager/Senior System Consultant
Successfully Project Managed the conversion of the first fully remote client onto FAST2000.
Responsible for Consultancy on FAST system and new initiatives for internal and external purposes, Product Development and Overall Account Management of four Client Accounts in Scotland, London, Luxembourg and Jersey.
FAST IT Manager
Overall responsibility for FAST IT Support, FAST Development, FAST Conversions and Workflow and Imaging analysis/Consultancy with team of approximately 75 people.
Major achievements
- Managed the conversion of the first volume client on to FAST2000: Dresdner RCM.
- Set up the first training programme for FAST2000 and trained the trainers on
the system. From July 1995 to September 2000 (5 years 3 months) Business Analyst @ I performed a variety of permanent Operational and Investment accounting roles, before become involved in projects, performing Business Analysis and Project Management roles.
