Responsibilities: • Utilize multiple sources of technology to effectively recruit/source candidates. • 20-30 daily Cold Calls to passive and active candidates to promote sales opportunities throughout North America. • Work with National companies in various verticals such as Media, Software, Telecom, and facility services. • Use Salesforce CRM daily. • Metrics Driven Environment: daily, weekly, and monthly goals, minimum leads imputed, minimum 3 hours daily talk time, etc. • Meeting with, interviewing and profiling candidates daily, helping them find their perfect sales role. From September 2015 to Present (4 months) Toronto, Canada AreaProject Manager (Internship) @ The Great Canadian Sales Competition aims to provide the largest national platform connecting Canadian students with some of the most exciting and relevant companies in Canada.
