From May 2018 to June 2019 (1 year 2 months) Greater New York City AreaWeb Developer @ Rockstar Games Worked with a small development team on programming and integrating an existing intranet application used by employees throughout the company. In the process of expanding and updating the application, we collaborated on code and used best practices to keep the integrity of data and the user experience intact. User feedback and demand for our data within the company led us to create additional applications. These additional applications afforded us opportunities to research more modern languages and frameworks. From March 2016 to May 2018 (2 years 3 months) Greater New York City AreaSenior Customer Service Representative @ HSBC After only one year of employment with HSBC I was promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative (Sr CSR). As a Sr CSR I managed and balanced all branch cash including the main vault and ATM while leading a team of part-time CSRs to succeed in their roles.
