From August 2014 to Present (1 year 5 months) Lead Business Systems Analyst @ - Led discovery effort to identify and document ideal components in a high-level, holistic solution for renewing workers’ compensation policies, utilizing process analysis review. - Developed and implemented new requirements template to move the organization to a requirements management model as opposed to project-specific requirements. - Completed a company-specific year long training program focused on developing high potential resources with the skills needed to be successful in management, including topics such as change management, employee development and counseling, learning styles, engagement, presentation skills, behavioral interviewing and situational leadership. - Lead analyst responsible for oversight of additional project analyst to roll out application to additional states of business. Project was completed at less than 20% of the cost of other state rollouts. - Selected to participate as a development team member on a pilot Scrum team. Was essential in helping develop well-defined product backlog items. Consulted by Information Technology leadership on rollout strategy for organization.
