Through my methodical understanding of technical scheduling, active processing, and completion requirements for engine and transmission build specifications; I formed categorized process improvements that helped focus on the BOM accounts that were most important to the data collection and analysis process. * While working on special assignments, my various engineering & purchasing experiences enabled me to reveal to upper management how the actual quantities of the casting, machining, and assembly components along with consideration for each parts functional complexity and value would be required to more accurately formulate comprehensive allocation of labor and timing for program build requirements.
